Beast Bots Rock the Table

 Angie Tazio of the Dairy Council of California came to talk about food safety to help provide some insight on our research projects.  Thank you Angie for taking time to share your wonderful knowledge with us.

We held a contest to see which team could come up with the best option for handling the contimation container problem for “Food Factor.”  Gadget Girls developed the most consistent solution that performed the task 4/4 times.  Their reward, Pizza for lunch in the magnificent Chez Bleu at Linwood Elementary.

The LEDS robotics team was able to solve the contimation container problem on Food Factor.  Their robot was able to do the "cha cha cha." Computer Science Student Network allows students to learn and study the NXT programming at home.  This will allow parents to learn a bit about what the students are doing and the students can work on programming outside of team time.
